By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's software distribution platform ('App Store'), Google's software distribution platform ('Play Store'), the Licensor’s website, or any other digital distribution channel (including versions for Windows, macOS, and Linux), or by accessing and using the application via a web browser, and any update thereto (as permitted by this Licence Agreement), You indicate that You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement, and that You accept this Licence Agreement. The App Store, Play Store, and all other official distribution or access environments are referred to in this Licence Agreement as 'Services'.
The parties of this Licence Agreement acknowledge that the Services (such as Apple and Google) are not a Party to this Licence Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance and support thereof. Casamedia Ky, not the Services, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.
This Licence Agreement may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the latest Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service ('Usage Rules'). Casamedia Ky acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review the Usage Rules and this Licence Agreement is not conflicting with them.

1. THE APPLICATION
Business Tips ('Licensed Application') is a piece of software created to provide useful tips for business. The application is customized for iOS and Android mobile devices, Windows, macOS, and Linux desktop systems, and is also accessible via web browsers ('Devices' and 'Environments'). It is used to help you grow in your business.
2. SCOPE OF LICENCE
2.1 You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to install, access, and use the Licensed Application on any Devices or browsers that You (End-User) own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules, with the exception that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with You (End-User, The Purchaser) via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where supported by the platform.
2.2 This licence will also govern any updates of the Licensed Application provided by Licensor that replace, repair, and/or supplement the first Licensed Application, unless a separate licence is provided for such update.
2.3 You may not share or make the Licensed Application available to third parties (unless to the degree allowed by the Usage Rules, and with Casamedia Ky's prior written consent), sell, rent, lend, lease or otherwise redistribute the Licensed Application.
2.4 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application, or any part thereof.
2.5 You may not copy (excluding when expressly authorised by this licence and the Usage Rules) or alter the Licensed Application. You may create and store copies only on devices that You own or control for backup purposes. You may not remove any intellectual property notices. If you sell your Devices to a third party, you must remove the Licensed Application from the Devices before doing so.
2.6 Violations of the obligations mentioned above may be subject to prosecution and damages.
2.7 Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
2.8 When using the Licensed Application, You must ensure that You comply with applicable third-party terms and conditions (e.g., browser providers, OS vendors, or ISP terms).
3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Licensor attempts to keep the Licensed Application updated so that it complies with modified/new versions of operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux) and modern web browser standards. You are not granted rights to claim such an update for a specific device or version.
3.2 You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to confirm that the device and internet connection on which You intend to use the Licensed Application satisfy the required technical specifications.
3.3 Licensor reserves the right to modify the technical specifications at any time.
4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
4.1 The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Support contact details are available within the application settings or the relevant Service Store.
4.2 Casamedia Ky and the End-User acknowledge that the Services (Apple/Google) have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
5. USE OF DATA
You acknowledge that Licensor will be able to access and adjust Your downloaded content and Your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed from the application's "About" page. Technical data may be collected to improve services in a non-personally identifiable form.
6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Licensed Application may offer users the opportunity to submit or post content ('Contributions'). When you create Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

You do not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party.

You have the necessary licences and permissions to share the content.

Your Contributions are not false, illegal, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Any use of the Licensed Application in violation of the foregoing may result in termination of your rights to use the application.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
You retain full ownership of your Contributions. However, by submitting feedback or suggestions, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to exonerate us from any legal action regarding them.
8. LIABILITY

9. WARRANTY
9.1 Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free of malware at the time of download and performs substantially as described in the documentation.
9.2 No warranty is provided if the failure results from unauthorised modification, inappropriate handling, or factors outside of Casamedia Ky's influence.
9.3 You are required to notify Casamedia Ky of any defects discovered without delay via the contact information provided.
9.4 In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify the Service Store Operator (e.g., App Store or Play Store) for a refund of the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Store Operator will have no other warranty obligation.
10. PRODUCT CLAIMS
Casamedia Ky, and not the Services, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability, legal/regulatory requirements, and consumer protection.
11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and that You are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. TERMINATION
The licence is valid until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if You fail to adhere to any terms. Upon termination, You shall stop all use of the Licensed Application, destroy all copies, and cease all access via web browsers.
14. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND BENEFICIARY
Casamedia Ky will comply with applicable third-party terms. Apple and Google and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce this agreement against You.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Casamedia Ky, and not the Services, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, and settlement of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
This Licence Agreement is governed by the laws of Finland.
17. MISCELLANEOUS
17.1 If any term is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. 17.2 Changes and amendments are only valid if laid down in writing.
